Thank you for shopping with Myles & Me! We’re a small, family-run brand dedicated to creating meaningful products for awesome minds. Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.


1. Processing Times

Orders for the Ollie the Owl Holiday Bundle typically ship within:
1–3 business days

During busy seasons or special launches, processing time may extend slightly.


2. Shipping Rates

🇺🇸 United States (Continental Only)

FREE standard shipping on the Ollie the Owl Holiday Bundle.

Other shipping speeds (if available at checkout) may incur additional charges.

🇺🇸 Non-Continental U.S. (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico)

Flat-rate shipping may apply. Rates are shown at checkout.

🇨🇦 Canada

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Duties or taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the recipient.

🌍 International

At this time, we do not offer worldwide shipping for the Ollie the Owl Holiday Bundle. More regions may be added in the future.


3. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Continental U.S.: 3–7 business days

  • Non-continental U.S.: 7–12 business days

  • Canada: 5–14 business days

Actual times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or seasonal volume.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.


5. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address entered by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


6. Lost or Delayed Packages

If a package appears lost or severely delayed:

  1. Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number

  2. If unresolved, contact us at contact@mylesnme.com and we will assist

  3. Lost package claims must be submitted within 15 days of expected delivery


7. Pre-orders & Limited Releases

For products marked as pre-order or limited launch (including the Holiday Bundle), estimated ship dates will be shown on the product page or in your order confirmation.
