Refund & Returns Policy – Myles & Me

Thank you for shopping with Myles & Me. We want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help within the guidelines below.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, packaging, inserts, and accessories must be included

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

For bundles (such as the Ollie the Owl Holiday Bundle), the entire bundle must be returned; we cannot accept partial returns of individual items from a bundle.


2. Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Items that have been visibly used, soiled, or damaged after delivery

  • Items not in their original packaging

  • Final sale / clearance items (if marked as such at checkout)

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Custom or personalized items, unless they arrive damaged or defective


3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.

We may ask for:

  • Photos of the product and packaging

  • Your order number and contact details

Once confirmed, we will either:

  • Send a replacement, or

  • Issue a refund for the affected item(s)

In cases of damage/defect or if we shipped the wrong item, we cover return shipping where a return is required.


4. How to Start a Return

To request a return:

  1. Email us at contact@mylesnme.com or use the Contact form on our website

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason

  3. We’ll reply with instructions and, if approved, a return authorization and return address

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we may not be able to match the return to your order and it may delay your refund.


5. Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit

Original shipping costs (if any) are non-refundable, except where the entire order is being refunded due to our error.


6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • We’ll notify you by email whether your refund is approved or rejected

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or card issuer to process the credit

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions in this policy.


7. Exchanges

We currently handle exchanges by processing them as a return + new purchase:

  1. You return the original item (following the steps above)

  2. You place a new order for the item you’d like instead

For defective/damaged items, we may offer a direct replacement where available.
